I'd be keen to hear from those who thing it is working and those who know for sure that it is not.

There are stand out cases where the answer is yes, but there are many employers and recruiters who do not have a content strategy to make Social work.

For most recruiters no, because it requires so much content, there is no time or budget to create the content.
