iPhone Numpty

Hard I had not read it, I would never have believed it! 

There's a guy offering an iPhone application that he suggests recruiters can place CV and client data into, so that they may take it with them when they leave their employers. 

So data the employer pays them to collect, can, in real terms be stolen!  Have they never heard of the legal rights to the data belonging to their employers?  The Data Protection Act?  Data theft laws? 

It beggars belief that these people are given freedom of the web, it's just plain scary.
